Get certified in scuba diving and you can dive anywhere in the world. NAUI Association of Diving Certification requires classroom/pool instruction in Tyler, as well as five open-water check-out dives held at Scuba Ranch in Terrell, TX. There is an extra cost of $25 per day to enter the park. The camp requires a medical screening and the ability to swim 50 yards and tread water for 10 minutes. Please fill out pre-registration forms at Scuba Steve’s Dive Shop, 2525B East 5th Street, before the first day of camp.
What to Bring: Lunch, swimsuit, and towel to class each day.
Registration fees include use of equipment, T-shirt, and camp photo.
