• Eye protection:
  • Shatter-resistant sunglasses, safety glasses, or prescription glasses (for daytime)
  • Clear eyeglasses or safety glasses (for nighttime, low light, or inclement weather)
• Long pants (blue jeans or BDU-style) that allow comfortable movement while seated.
• Lace-up boots covering above the ankle with good grip soles (no leather soles).
• Full-finger gloves.
• Long-sleeved shirt or jacket (for higher-speed exercises).
