In this class, you’ll explore the fundamentals of bread- making; from kneading dough to shaping and baking. You’ll learn to make challah bread, a soft braided bread perfect for any occasion, and classic yeast rolls, which are versatile and fluffy.
*Dress code: For safety, all students must wear closed toe shoes and pants when working in our kitchen.
