Discover how to turn everyday vegetables into vibrant, flavorful dishes that truly shine. In this class you will learn how to make professional knife cuts as well as what cooking techniques work best with different vegetables.
*Dress code: For safety, all students must wear closed toe shoes and pants when working in our kitchen.
*To register for the course, participants must be 16 years of age or older.
