Life & Leisure Culinary
Take a culinary trip to Japan as you dive into the delicious world of sushi! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn the essential techniques for making sushi rice, cutting fish and vegetables with precision, and crafting traditional rolls and nigiri (hand-formed pieces). Whether you're a sushi lover or just looking for a new kitchen adventure, you'll leave with the skills and confidence to recreate your sushi masterpieces at home.
*Dress code: For safety, all students must wear closed toe shoes and pants when working in our kitchen.
*To register for the course, participants must be 16 years of age or older.
