Celebrate the flavors of spring by learning how to turn fresh, spring ingredients into flavorful and light soups. We will learn about different soup techniques and flavor pairings while making:
- Carrot Ginger Soup
- Italian Mistrone Soup
- Chicken Tortilla Soup
*Dress code: For safety, all students must wear closed toe shoes and pants when working in our kitchen.
*To register for the course, participants must be 16 years of age or older.
