Sharpen your knife skills and elevate your cooking with this skill-packed class! Learn how to break down a whole chicken into nine essential cuts and use every part to reduce waste and boost flavor. We’ll turn your hard work into a gourmet chicken entrée worthy of a fine-dining menu—and even make a rich, homemade stock to bring it full circle.
*Dress code: For safety, all students must wear closed toe shoes and pants when working in our kitchen.
*To register for the course, participants must be 16 years of age or older.
