Discover the magic of sous vide cooking and create steakhouse-quality results at home! In this class, you'll learn how sous vide works and why chefs around the world use it for perfectly cooked meats. Then, you’ll apply your new knowledge to prepare a flavorful, restaurant-level steak entrée that’s tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection every time.
*Dress code: For safety, all students must wear closed toe shoes and pants when working in our kitchen.
*To register for the course, participants must be 16 years of age or older.
