Entry-LevelLife & Leisure Culinary
Learn how to design and assemble three different platters that are sure to steal the show at your next gathering. We will cover correct knife cuts, proper handling of ingredients, and eye-catching ways to display for our friends and loved-ones.
*Dress code: For safety, all students must wear closed toe shoes and pants when working in our kitchen.
*To register for the course, participants must be 16 years of age or older.
